Product Description
Offshore Structures Seawater Antifouling and Anticorrosive Electrode Anodes
Marine use Composite Electrode Seawater Anti-fouling and Anti-corrosive Anode
Product Overview

Seawater Antifouling and Anticorrosive anodes are engineered to prevent marine life attachment and growth on seawater pipelines while effectively mitigating pipeline corrosion.

Applications

Widely used for effective protection of seawater systems in offshore structures including:

  • Various ships and vessels
  • Offshore platforms
  • Coastal power plants
  • Chemical processing plants
Environmental Specifications

Certified through military and vessel inspections, meeting national military standards GJB4.5-83, GJB4.6-83, GJB4.10-83 and GJB4.11-83:

  • Ambient temperature: -5℃ to +55℃
  • Seawater temperature: 35℃
  • Relative humidity: >95% (with condensation)
  • Trim: ±15°; Pitch: ±5° (cycle 5-7sec)
  • Heeling: ±15°; Rolling: ±45° (cycle 6-10sec)
  • Resistant to salt fog, oil mist, mold, vibration, and operational shock
Power Requirements
  • Input voltage: Single phase AC220±10%
  • Frequency: 50Hz±5%

Operation Guidelines

Electrode service life is 1.5 years. Replace promptly upon expiration. If replacement is delayed, shut off controller power source to stop operation.

Recommendation: Use genuine electrode spare parts from the original manufacturer to ensure optimal performance and service life. Our company maintains ship technology archives and can provide genuine electrodes and spare parts upon request.

Counterfeiting, arbitrary processing, or substitution with alternative materials is prohibited. Without expertise in seawater electrochemical field electrolysis effects, application performance and electrode lifespan cannot be guaranteed.

Antifouling and anticorrosive electrodes are disposable consumables. Pre-shipment insulation and watertight treatment has been applied. Do not remove electrodes during application to avoid damaging internal insulation and watertight integrity.
Storage Conditions
  • Each electrode vacuum-packed in aluminum plastic bag
  • Two electrodes per small wooden box
  • Storage area: Normal temperature drying (15℃-20℃)
  • Environment: Well-ventilated area required
