1.Production Capacity
(1) We have independently designed and manufactured an automatic production line for 26 large and medium-sized anchor chains, with 6 fully automatic continuous heat treatment lines and 4000T anchor chain tensile equipment for testing. These are used for the production of AM2 and AM3 marine anchor chains with diameters ranging from 12.5mm to 240mm, as well as R3, R3S, R4, R4S, R5 and R6 marine mooring chains. We have 7 automated forging production lines that can produce various shapes and specifications of accessories, with an annual output of nearly 30,000 tons. Among them, the 2500T hydraulic machine can produce accessories weighing up to 16T. The 8T die forging production line can produce marine engineering accessories weighing over 6T and with specifications over 240mm, which is at the world's leading level. We can also accept various non-standard product customization to meet the needs of different customers.
