1. General

CBNF(D) Series Marine Explosion-Proof Electric Heating Fan (hereinafter referred to as "explosion-proof heating fan") is a kind of marine explosion-proof product developed according to CNF(D) series electric heating fan. It is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with general requirements as stipulated in 1 of GB3836.1-2000 Electric Apparatus for Explosive atomospheres, relevant provisions of GB3836.2-2000 Explosion-Proof Electric Heating Fan for Explosive Atmospheres and Flameproof Electric Apparatus "d" as Well as relevant stipulations in domestic and foreign ship standards.

Used for air heating, it is applicable to any dangerous places where such inflammable gases as Levels IIA and IIB, and groups T1-T4 have existed or may exist in the factor, on board and petroleum platform. Its explosion-proof mark is ExdIIBT4.

The series of explosion-proof fan is qualified through inspection of the State Explosion-proof Certification Body of the People's Republic of China, won the explosion-proof certification and, at the same time, gotten the recognition from the Register of Shipping of the People's Republic of China.

CBNF(D)Series Marine Explosion-Proof Electric Heating Fan may be equipped with 415V, 380V, 50HZ or 440V, 460V, 480V, 60HZ marine explosion-proof AC motor. The explosion-proof mark for its motor is ExdIIBT4

2. Features

The explosion-proof fan is characterized by high efficiency, low noise, good corrosion resistance, oscillation resistance, vibration resistance, impact resistance, operation stability, safety and reliability.

3. Structure

The public base structure is used in the explosion-proof heating fan, consisting of flameproof electric heater, explosion-proof fan, adjustable shutter in front and protective mesh. The explosion-proof certificate is obtained for every explosion-proof part. The complete machine will be fixed to the shipyard base through several holes after being assembled.

The explosion-proof electric control cabinet and explosion-proof heating fan will be supplied separately and installed nearby according to the demand. The above both are equipped with explosion-proof armored stuffing box. The electric control cabinet will start the electric heater and fan via cable controller.
