CNF(Z) Series Marine Steam Heating Fan with LF3 Antirust Aluminum Impeller and 0.3MPa Saturated Steam for 18-40KW Heating
When ship is anchoring,ambient temperature is near zero,CNF series marine heating fan can ensure the needed temperature of main & auxiliary engine room It is very important and essential for main & auxiliary engine quick start and help ship ready for navigation.The heating fans the following series.
CNF Series heating fan can be operated with 415V,380V,220v, 50Hz or 440V,460V,480V,60Hz marine AC motor.
Note:All fans can be designed specially upon request
CNF(Z) steam series heating fans are mainly composed by cooling coil,impeller,inlet ring and motor etc.
Cooling tube and cooling fin are winded on the cooling pipe.(It can also use case according to the requirement).The contact area of cooling fin and cooling pipe is wide and compact,and improve the heat transferring ability and working pressure. Heating medium is 0.3MPa saturated steam, the working pressure of max,saturated steam is 1.0MPa.Impeller is LF3 antirust Aluminum. Casing is welded by common steel sheet or stainless steel.
