2.Product Structure

1. Outer Rubber
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of ship launching airbags protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage.
2. Synthetic-tyre-cord layer for reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers are composed of synthetic-tire-cords commonly used in tires and modified rubbers Cords are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress evenly providing strong efficient reinforcement.

6.Applicability of airbag ship launching

The airbag launching feasibility of a specified vessel should be calculated first but there are some simple rules may help people to know launch feasibility quickly.
The majority of airbag ship launching is end launching but side launching is feasible only when some rigorous conditions are satisfied.
Vessels whose DWT below 70,000 tonnes may be launched with aibags. Regarding bigger vessels only by calculation people can know the launch feasibility.

7.Airbags Application

7.1 Hoist and handling airbags: They can be widely used for handling the various large prefabricated reinforced-concrete products( such as caisson, box culvert, bridge), oil drilling equipment and integrated building, etc. 7.2 Floating and filling airbags: The corresponding buoyancy can be offered on the client’s request during wreck salvage and underwater installation operation. Filling and floating gasbags can be flexibly combined for wreck salvage, pontoon bridge installation, dock, above water transmission pipeline, etc. in many ways such as cabin occupation , etc. 7.3 Water supply and drain airbag for ship: It is widely used for water supply and drain engineering for large-size, medium-size and small –size ships, with labour-saving, time-saving and physical force -saving. 7.4 Mandrel airbag: It can substitute for the wooden or steel mandrel used for pouring hollow large reinforced concrete structure. 7.5 Container airbag: It can be used as the gas or liquid storage and transport container.

8.Airbags points for attention

1.When the air bag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled inside and coated with talc outside, and placed indoors in a dry, cool and ventilated place.

2.The airbag should be stretched out and laid flat, and should not be stacked, nor should heavy weights be piled on the airbag.

3.The air bag should be stored away from heat sources.

4.The air bag should not be in contact with acids, alkalis, fats and organic solvents.
